Vietnamese food

The food we had on this trip was amazing – there were very few dishes that we tried that we didn’t find delicious. Had I remembered to enrol in the ‘fruit and vegetable carving’ class on the junk at Halong Bay, I too could now be producing flowery works of art.  I’m want to take photos of food, so there are plenty here......
